  • When a drive has fallen, been dropped, or simply stopped working — the most important thing is not to turn it on again. Any further attempt could permanently destroy the data.

FAQ

The drive won't power on at all — can it be recovered?

In most cases, yes. Even if the drive doesn't spin or isn't recognized, we have the equipment and means to extract the data. The sooner you bring it in — the better.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the type of damage and media — from ₪400 for memory cards and ₪900 for hard drives. We'll check and give an exact price before starting.

Is there a risk of losing the data?
